Michigan Creditors Service is open to the general public, during office hours, for those who wish to examine the repossessions that are currently for sale. We do not allow access to the sale's lot when we are closed for security and insurance reasons. We also maintain a list of these units on this website, updated 2 to 4 times per week. Please see the "Sales" pages for more information... In our lot you will also see repossessions that are not available for sale. State regulations require that repossessions be 'held' for 15 days to allow for the redemption of the item. We do not list these items on the website. Our sales people will be able to tell you when a particular item will be up for sale. We also store repossessions that are headed for "Dealer Only" Auction Sales at the Lending Institution's request, so they will not be available for sale at our location... Trial Service: Wish you could see what the repossession in the internet listing looked like? You can submit a request for a digital photo to be sent via email for a specific unit. Keep your requests limited to 3 per day, please. If our sales people are swamped by photo requests, then we will have to discontinue the service. If you see personnel in the office or lot when we are closed, they are simply getting caught up on work. They do not have the authority to open up the lot nor are they able to open up the office for customer use. If in doubt, you can always call us at (616) 453-6447.
